A slow-paced Full Moon yoga practice with poses that are generally seated or lying and that are held for longer periods of time. This style of yoga focuses on the connective tissue that encompasses the joints so you can begin reclaiming your full range of joint flexibility. Additionally, it guides you towards reclaiming the relationship with yourself.
