Your Body's Wisdom - A Soulful and Nurturing Yin Practice
A Tuesday evening self-care practice that targets the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting a healthy flow of energy throughout the body. A gentle and relaxing slow-paced yoga class that reduces stress and anxiety and calms the mind and body. This practice consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the areas that are especially rich in connective tissues like the hips, pelvis, lower spine, even the toes, ankles, and shoulders. A Yin practice has wonderful emotional and health benefits and is suitable for all fitness levels and body types.
