A Friday morning self-care practice of breath awareness, movement, stillness, flow, balance, stretching, and mediation. A blend of both Yin and Yang energies with a focus on helping you to let go of your week and refresh at the start of your weekend. A practice for any body and every fitness level.
A little bit of Yin and a little bit of Yang, a pinch of stillness, a dash of flow, and a side order of balance.
