Integrated Energy Therapy Sessions (IET®) is a gentle healing technique that blends the Angelic energy of harmony and the clear intention and allowance for healing from the client. Angelic energy is a door through which you can enter love, support, healing, transformation, and oneness. An IET session connects you with each one of these frequencies. The Angels are a loving source of positive change, and they help you let go of the many layers of fear and doubt and they help you break free of limitations and of the lie that you’re not good enough to receive from the Universe. An IET session can help you release the emotional toxins of unworthiness, guilt, distrust, shame, sorrow, resentment, anger, fear, and powerlessness and in their place, integrate the energies of trust, support, freedom, love, forgiveness, ease, and safety.
IET supports you in safely and gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past by working directly with awakening and activating your 12-strand spiritual, cosmic DNA. |

Welcome to my Integrated Energy Therapy® page. I'm so grateful you landed here. The Angels have been a big influence on my personal healing journey and in the expansion and remembering of who I really am. So it was no surprise that I was guided to work more deeply with them. I have been an IET® Master Instructor since 2017. Starting in October of 2023 I will be once again offering in-person healing session at The Copper Cave in Plaistow NH. Integrating energy from the angels is more important now than ever. They are here to help us raise our vibration and create a new earth frequency. They are here to guide our ascension (breaking free from limitation) and to offer support and love on our own personal healing journeys. Shauna |
IET Sessions - What to Expect
I blend my deep coaching expertise, intuition, and this gentle healing technique to give you an empowered and balanced session. We start by discussing what areas of healing you wish to focus on. During the IET session, you lie fully clothed and relaxed on a massage table while soft, soothing music plays in the background. I place chakra stones on each of your corresponding energy centers. Next, IET energy is systematically directed into specific areas of your body's cellular memory by means of gentle therapeutic touch. Powerful IET techniques are used to gently get your issues out of your tissues. for good. During a session I may talk to you about what I am feeling and sensing and I close your session with a final grounding and balancing and then open up a space for you to share any of your reflections or discoveries. At the end of an IET session it is typical to feel relaxed, recharged, and refreshed.

The objective of IET is to provide a simple and gentle way to open the flow of vital life force within the human body and the human energy field, by integrating suppressed feelings from cellular memory and clearing their associated energy blockages.
