In coaching, results range from abstract to concrete. We all know what concrete results are like. For example: You want to de-clutter your home. A concrete result looks like a bag of donations, a bag of trash, and a clean and organized closet.
The coaching I do generates more abstract results such as; feeling better about yourself, being more confident, speaking your truth, developing more self-awareness, pursuing what matters to you, etc. To the uninitiated, abstract goals can be difficult to appreciate.
Together, we will map such abstract goals into concrete ones through a powerful process that show trends over time and becomes actionable client touchpoints.
