A Four-Week Continuation of The Self-Love Reset
The retreat may end today. The practice doesn't.
During the retreat you may have discovered something about the ways you abandon yourself. You may have heard your inner critic differently. You may have made a promise to yourself, connected with your inner wisdom, or begun to understand self-love in a new way.
And then you go home.
Back to your relationships. Your responsibilities. Your routines. Your Tuesday mornings.
That's where the practice begins.
You may catch yourself saying yes when you want to say no.
You may notice yourself overriding what you know.
You may hear the familiar voice of your inner critic.
You may choose yourself, and then feel guilty about it.
You may do something differently and realize, Oh. This is what trusting myself feels like.
And you may completely forget everything you discovered during the retreat for a few days.
Bring all of it back to the circle.
Four Opportunities to Pause, Reflect & Explore
Living the Practice is not another course, another set of lessons, or more content to consume.
It's four 45-minute Zoom gatherings created to support you as you begin integrating what you discovered at The Self-Love Reset into your everyday life.
We'll come together to explore questions like:
What happened when I tried to live what I discovered?
Where did I remember myself?
Where did I leave myself?
What am I noticing now?
What do I want to practice next?
You don't need to arrive with progress to report.
You don't need to have done it "right."
Simply bring your real life.
Each Week, We'll...
ARRIVE
Pause, settle in, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
LOOK BACK
What have you noticed since we were last together?
EXPLORE
Where did you honor yourself? Where did you leave yourself? What felt difficult? What surprised you?
LISTEN
Make space for what's emerging - for ourselves and for one another.
LOOK FORWARD
What do you want to practice, remember, or carry with you into the coming week?
Because self-love isn't something we understand once and then get right forever.
It's something we practice in ordinary moments.
When you're tired. When you're busy. When an old pattern appears. When someone needs something from you. When choosing yourself feels uncomfortable.
And in those moments, perhaps the question becomes:
What would it look like to honor myself here?
