When Was the Last Time You Chose Yourself?
When was the last time you devoted an entire day to yourself?
Not to your responsibilities.
Not to your family.
Not to your work.
Not to the endless list of things that need your attention.
Just to you.
If that question gives you pause, you're not alone.
Many women spend years caring for everyone else while quietly putting themselves last. Over time, it's easy to lose touch with your own needs, your own voice, and even your own sense of self.
The Self-Love Reset is a half-day retreat created to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Through guided coaching, meaningful reflection, mindfulness practices, and heartfelt conversation, you'll explore what self-love truly means to you while strengthening self-compassion, rebuilding self-trust, and reconnecting with the woman you've always been.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or simply longing for time to reconnect with yourself, this retreat offers a welcoming space to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember that caring for yourself is not selfish. It's essential.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more at home within yourself.

Meet Your Guide

There was a time in my life when I measured my worth by things outside of myself. Whether I was loved, accepted, and validated by others; what I had accomplished; and even how much money I had or didn't have. My sense of worth often felt tied to circumstances I couldn't fully control.
Then a profound loss became the catalyst for an unexpected spiritual awakening. It led me to examine the beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns that had quietly shaped my life for years. What began as one of the most difficult seasons of my life became an invitation to heal, grow, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with myself.
That journey changed everything.
That journey inspired me to become a professional coach, deepen my yoga practice, and dedicate my life to helping women reconnect with themselves. More importantly, it taught me that self-love isn't something we find or earn through achievement, approval, or external validation. It's a relationship we cultivate with ourselves; one rooted in self-awareness, self-compassion, self-trust, and self-acceptance.
I created The Self-Love Reset because I know how easy it is to lose sight of your own worth when you've spent years searching for it outside yourself or putting your own needs aside. I also know the freedom that comes from slowing down, turning inward, and discovering that what you've been seeking has been within you all along.
My hope is that every woman who joins this retreat leaves feeling seen, supported, and more deeply connected to herself. That she walks away with greater self-compassion, renewed self-trust, and the confidence to define self-love on her own terms.
It would be an honor to welcome you.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I come alone?
You're not alone in wondering that. In fact, many women register by themselves.
One of the beautiful things about this retreat is that everyone is here for the same reason—to reconnect with themselves. You'll be welcomed into a warm, supportive environment where meaningful connections often happen naturally, but you'll never be expected to socialize beyond what feels comfortable for you.
There is something quietly empowering about choosing to come on your own. It can be one of the first ways you begin honoring the relationship you're building with yourself.
Will I have to share?
Not at all. While there will be opportunities for reflection and optional group discussion, you are always welcome to participate at your own comfort level. This retreat is about honoring your own journey, and there is never any pressure to share more than you feel ready to. Sometimes the most meaningful work happens quietly within us.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever helps you feel comfortable and at ease. We recommend comfortable clothing that allows you to sit, move, (some gentle yoga) and relax with ease. Layers are also a good idea, as room temperatures can vary.
Is lunch included?
We'll take a relaxing lunch break during the retreat, giving you time to recharge and reflect. Participants are welcome to bring a packed lunch or snacks to enjoy during the break.
Do I need yoga experience?
No. This retreat is designed for women of all backgrounds and experience levels. While we'll incorporate simple mindfulness practices and gentle movement, everything will be accessible, optional, and offered with modifications. You're encouraged to participate in whatever feels comfortable for you.
Is this therapy?
No. The Self-Love Reset is a coaching retreat, not a therapy program. While both coaching and therapy support personal growth, they serve different purposes.
Therapy often focuses on healing and understanding past experiences, while coaching is future-focused and helps you deepen self-awareness, clarify what's most important to you, and move toward the life and relationship with yourself you want to create.
If you're currently experiencing significant emotional distress or are receiving treatment for a mental health condition, we encourage you to consult with your licensed mental health professional before registering to determine whether this retreat is an appropriate complement to your care.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, a packed lunch (or plan to purchase lunch during our break), and an open mind.
A retreat workbook and writing materials will be provided. You may also wish to bring a water bottle, a light sweater or layers for comfort, and anything else that will help you feel relaxed and at ease throughout the day.
Please note:
The Self-Love Reset is an educational and coaching-based retreat. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide therapy for mental health conditions, nor is it a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

Perhaps you've been thinking about giving yourself permission to slow down.
To step away from the noise.
To reconnect with the part of yourself that has always been there, quietly waiting to be heard.
If something inside you is saying, "I need this," I hope you'll listen.
This day isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you've been all along.
My hope is that you leave the mini retreat feeling lighter, more open, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
I hope you'll leave with a clearer understanding of what self-love means to you. Not as a concept, but as a relationship you can continue nurturing through small, intentional choices.
My wish is that you leave with a renewed sense of possibility and the quiet confidence to keep choosing yourself, one moment at a time.
More than anything, I hope you'll leave knowing that kindness, compassion, and self-honoring are available to you every day.
