In coaching, results range from abstract to concrete. We all know what concrete results are like. For example: You want to de-clutter your home. A concrete result looks like a bag of donations, a bag of trash, and a clean and organized closet.
The coaching I do generates more abstract but measurable results such as; feeling better about yourself, being more confident and empowered, loving yourself more deeply, speaking your truth, developing more self-awareness, setting personal boundaries, pursuing what matters to you, etc. You will come know and experience your unique and personal results when you are taking new physical steps that cultivate new outcomes, when you are relating to others, and yourself, in ways that are bringing new outcomes, and when you shift your perspectives, your definitions, and your beliefs, and see the world differently.
To the uninitiated, abstract goals can be difficult to appreciate.
Together, we will map such goals into concrete ones by working with methods, processes and practices for true and lasting change.
